The red cedar siding would need to be re-stained and the front deck needs to be redone. The Andersen double pane windows are original to the house. In the detached two car garage, there's a replacement overhead door for the new homeowner to install. There is a temporary ramp out the back door for a disabled relative. It will be removed upon sale of the house.
